Terms of service
These product terms describe the service boundary. Final contracting entity, jurisdiction, billing terms, and contact details require approval before public launch.
Account responsibility
Workspace users are responsible for credentials, authorized access, configuration, and activity performed through their accounts.
Company content and hiring decisions
The customer controls its vacancies, questions, files, evaluation criteria, communications, and hiring decisions and must use them lawfully.
Acceptable use
Users must not attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, abuse candidate data, disrupt the service, or violate applicable law.
Billing
Free and paid plan capacity is shown in the product. Provider, currency, interval, amount, renewal, and cancellation terms are displayed before checkout.
Final legal package
Liability, governing law, contracting entity, formal notice address, retention, and subprocessors must be approved with the independent brand before launch.
